James was the lead on a project creating a brand new digial simuation for an international retailer. The simulation is based on a sector facing wholesale change. Users need to react to that change and communicate and land essential messages to the rest of the industry for which they are assessed.

As megatrends continue to impact the industry, users need to lead a fundamental shift in strategy and their business model. At the same time, they need to deliver commercial results whilst managing a critical resource and headcount, and operating within regulatory constraints.

James worked on this project at every level, from scoping and wireframing to design, development and implementation. The many weeks of hard work led to a very successful pilot which subsequently led to the simulation being rolled out nationally.
